Cape Town to the Namibian Border: 14 Days, 772km

In October 2024, Michael Larter ran from Cape Town to the Namibian border, covering roughly 772 kilometers in 14 days, to raise funds and awareness for the Aimee Howard Foundation.

Every kilometer was a reminder of why this work matters: young people shouldn't have to go without therapy because of the cost. Thank you to everyone who followed along, donated, and helped spread the word.
